Anthony Kalamut is a Professor and Program Chair of Creative Advertising at Seneca College @ York University in Toronto.
The Creative Advertising program focuses on the strategic planning and creation of advertising and marketing communications, but specifically developing careers that include copywriter, art direction, media planning, strategic planning, and account management.
As a former award winning Creative Director working on national brands in both Canada and the United States helped to develop his personal passion for nurturing and motivating new young talent. This concept comes from the deep belief of Karma and the following quote from Jackie Robinson: “A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives.”
Anthony lives in Newmarket, Ontario with his wife and two sons while dreaming of what an afternoon of cocktails with Bill Bernbach, Mary Wells-Lawrence, George Lois, Shirley Polykoff, Phil Dusenberry, Jerry Della Famina and Alex Bogusky all together
would be like.
